Delivery Policy

At Fresh Fencing Limited, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient delivery

process for all orders placed with us. Please read the following terms regarding our

delivery services.

 

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to select postcodes within the CO, IP, and CM areas. If you are unsure

whether we can deliver to your location, please call us at 01206 671 670 for

confirmation.

 

2. Delivery Charges

- Delivery charges are calculated based on the total order value, delivery

location, and the size/weight of the items being delivered.

- The exact delivery charges will be provided once the order total is confirmed, and

you will receive an invoice or order confirmation with the charges listed.

- VAT will be added to the delivery charges where applicable.

 

3. Delivery Times

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on several factors,

including the delivery location, order volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen

circumstances.

- Once your order is processed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

- While we aim to meet the delivery estimate, delays may occur due to third-party

carriers, which are beyond our control.

 

4. Delivery Responsibility

- Responsibility for the Products passes to The Customer once the Products are

delivered to the specified delivery address.- The Customer is responsible for the safe receipt, handling, and storage of the

Products once they have been delivered.

- Any damage, loss, or issues that occur after delivery are the sole responsibility of

the customer.

 

5. No Warranty on Products

- All products are sold without any warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, any

defects, damages, or performance issues that arise after the Products have been

delivered.

- Fresh Fencing Limited is not responsible for any defects, damage, or issues with

the Products once they are in the customer’s possession.

 

6. Delivery Confirmation

- Upon delivery, we request that The Customer inspect the goods to ensure that the

order is complete and that no visible damage has occurred during transit.

- If any issues or damage are found upon inspection, please notify us immediately.

After delivery, we cannot accept claims for damage or missing items.

 

7. Failed Delivery

- If a delivery cannot be completed due to an issue with the delivery address, an

unavailable recipient, or other reasons beyond our control, The Customer may incur

additional charges to rearrange delivery.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive

the delivery, or that the delivery address is correct and accessible.

 

8. Returns and Cancellations

- We do not accept returns unless otherwise agreed upon in exceptional

circumstances. Please ensure your order is correct before finalising it.

- Cancellations can only be made before dispatch. Once the order has been

dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

 

9. Customer Responsibility Post-Delivery

- After delivery, The Customer assumes full responsibility for the handling, care, and

maintenance of the Products.

- Fresh Fencing Limited cannot be held responsible for any issues with the products

that occur after delivery.
