Acoustic Fencing
We were commissioned by our valued client, Bocking Homes, to supply and install an acoustic fence at their site in Widdington, Essex. The site is located on a parcel of land adjacent to an existing property, set back in a neighbouring field. The primary objective was to mitigate road traffic noise impacting the property both during and after the construction phase. To address this, we installed a 1.8m high acoustic fence along the side of the neighbouring property’s garden. This fence not only provides an effective sound barrier but also serves as an aesthetically pleasing privacy screen. As shown in the photos, the fence we provided offers both durability and visual appeal. Constructed using high-quality materials and expert design, this fence is built to stand the test of time. We highly recommend this type of fencing for any area requiring significant noise reduction while maintaining an attractive appearance.

Astro Turf
For this project, we were tasked with transforming the garden of a returning customer in the Berechurch area of Colchester, Essex. The garden had been neglected and was in need of some TLC to bring it back to life, turning it into a comfortable space for the family to enjoy, with plenty of room for the children to play outdoors. Our goal was also to create a versatile outdoor area that could be used year-round. To revitalise the garden, we raised the ground levels to reduce the gradient and installed 40mm Natural Look AstroTurf over granite dust, rather than sand, to help prevent lingering pet odours and bacteria. As shown in the before and after pictures, the new patio area and AstroTurf have completely transformed the garden, giving it a fresh, vibrant look. We highly recommend AstroTurf for clients seeking a low-maintenance, green solution. It’s perfect for creating a durable, child-friendly play area that doesn’t track dirt or mud into the house.

Closeboard Fencing
The customer approached us seeking professional advice and a high-quality solution for a listed cottage in Hadleigh, Suffolk. The existing waney lap panel and post fence was due for replacement. One of the challenges of this project was the limited access, as the only entry point was through the small 1600s cottage. Additionally, we needed to find a fencing solution that would complement the property’s unique aesthetic and character. We recommended a Timber Close Board fence as the best option. While the customer had initially considered concrete fencing, we felt it would not suit the environment of a historic property. We took great care to protect the customer’s carpet and furniture by using dust sheets, ensuring no mud or dirt was tracked through the building during installation. Both the tenant and landlord were extremely pleased with the outcome. As promised, we delivered a fence that not only restored the necessary privacy but also blended seamlessly with the cottage’s appearance. At all times, we strive to provide tailored solutions that balance aesthetics with durability, ensuring the best outcome for each unique project.

Composite Decking
For this project, we were asked to install composite decking in a garden corner in Chelmsford, Essex, to create a sunbathing and lounging area. The client was seeking a low-maintenance solution for a sun deck. We recommended composite decking as a premium yet cost-effective option, providing the customer with an elevated deck that could comfortably accommodate garden furniture for the summer months. The customisable colours and textures of the composite boards offered the perfect solution, allowing the client to achieve the desired aesthetic without the need for a traditional patio or base.
